Setup (under 5 minutes)
1) Park flat, handbrake on. 2) Unzip the PVC cover, remove and stash on rear seat. 3) Pull the ladder down — the tent unfolds with it. 4) Secure ladder feet on flat ground. 5) Unzip windows and the door. 6) Bedding stays inside — pull it out, shake, done.
Takedown (under 5 minutes)
1) Bedding stays in the tent. 2) Close all windows. 3) Fold tent back over the ladder, push ladder up. 4) Tuck the canvas in along all four edges — this is the step everyone messes up first time. 5) PVC cover back on, zip closed, two ratchet straps snug.
Tuck the canvas properly
If a corner of canvas pokes out under the PVC cover, it'll flap at 100km/h on tar and shred. Walk around the closed tent and finger-check every edge before driving off.
