    Our role

    Namibia Destinations acts as a travel planner and booking agent. We arrange 4x4 vehicle rentals, accommodation and activities through trusted third-party suppliers (including but not limited to our 4x4 rental partner, Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR), Gondwana Collection, and independent activity operators). The actual rental, accommodation or activity contract is between you and the relevant supplier.

    Quotes & availability

    • All quotes are indicative until availability is confirmed in writing by the relevant supplier.
    • Prices are subject to change based on dates, vehicle category, occupancy and seasonal supplier rates.
    • Special offers (such as the 10% 4x4 rental discount and the complimentary Sandwich Harbour tour) are subject to package thresholds, minimum stay/rental days, and availability at time of booking.

    Payments

    Payment terms, deposits and cancellation policies are set by each supplier and will be communicated in writing before you confirm. Standard practice in Namibia is a deposit at booking and balance before arrival.

    Cancellations & changes

    Cancellation and amendment fees follow the supplier's published policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation and 4x4 self-drive.

    4x4 self-drive responsibility

    When you rent a 4x4 you accept the rental company's terms regarding driver licensing, age limits, insurance excess, off-road conditions and damage liability. Namibia Destinations is not responsible for incidents, damages or losses arising from the use of a rental vehicle.

    Accuracy of information

    Lodge, campsite and activity descriptions on this website are written by Namibia Destinations as planning guides. While we work hard to keep them accurate, facilities may change without notice — always confirm the current offering at time of booking.

    Liability

    Namibia Destinations' liability is limited to the planning and booking service we provide. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, road conditions, weather, wildlife encounters or other circumstances beyond our control.
