Okaukuejo, Halali, Namutoni inside Etosha; Sesriem and Sossus Dune Lodge inside the Namib-Naukluft.
Kalahari Anib, Canyon Roadhouse, Namib Desert Lodge, Etosha Safari Lodge and Damara Mopane — reliably good across the country.
Six lodges on a 34,000-ha private reserve next to Etosha — game drives, walking safaris and quieter sightings just outside the park gates.
Boutique and remote-luxury stays in Damaraland, Sossusvlei and Kaokoland — for honeymoons and special trips.
Well-graded campsites with power, ablutions and braai facilities — perfect for rooftop-tent 4x4 trips.
We book lodges and the 4x4 together, so dates, locations and drive distances actually line up.
From first enquiry to roadside support — one Windhoek team handles your whole trip.
Lodges-only, camping or mixed — and any non-negotiables (Etosha-internal, honeymoon suite, family rooms).
We line up NWR, Gondwana and private options that match your route and budget — usually 2–3 lodges per region.
Once you're happy, we hold the rooms, confirm with one combined invoice, and add your 4x4 and activities.
Locally owned in Windhoek. One booking desk, one invoice, supplier relationships you can lean on.
Live availability and direct rates with NWR, Gondwana, our own 4x4 fleet and our private-lodge network.
We won't book you a beautiful lodge 200 km off your route just because it's available — we plan around drive days.
Lodges, 4x4, activities and park fees on one quote. No piecing together six emails from six suppliers.
Weather, fatigue or a flat tyre changes plans — we shift lodges on the fly via WhatsApp.
However you sleep in Namibia, the days in between look like this.

Yes, for at least one night. The floodlit waterholes at Okaukuejo and the early gate access are unmatched. Combine one night inside with one or two nights at a private lodge on the park's edge for the best of both.
Very common. Many clients camp inside the parks (cheaper, central) and switch to lodges in towns or for rest days. We build the kit list accordingly.
Excellent — Sossusvlei, Damaraland and Caprivi all have honeymoon-tier lodges with private decks, sundowner dunes and bush dinners. Mention 'honeymoon' on the quote and lodges usually upgrade.
Peak NWR rooms inside Etosha and Sossusvlei sell out 4–6 months ahead for June–October. Gondwana and private lodges are usually bookable up to a month out, except over school holidays.
Most Gondwana and private lodges are dinner-bed-breakfast (DBB). NWR is usually room-only or B&B. Premium safari lodges are often fully inclusive with game drives. Every quote line shows exactly what's included.
Yes — at NWR, Gondwana and most private lodges. Mention ages and we'll filter for properties with proper family configurations rather than an extra bed in a standard room.
Yes — all six Onguma camps on the 34,000-hectare private reserve next to Etosha. Onguma is a direct supplier partner with daily availability access.
Yes — we book the boutique tier (Wolwedans, andBeyond Sossusvlei Desert Lodge, Little Kulala, Hoanib Valley Camp, Onduli Ridge, Shipwreck Lodge, Serra Cafema) alongside the mainstream collections.
Surprisingly good — most NWR and Gondwana campsites have private ablution blocks, power, braai (BBQ) facilities and a fenced perimeter. Sesriem, Sossus Oasis and Etosha Safari Camp are all excellent rooftop-tent campsites.
Many are — Etosha Safari Camp, Gondwana Canyon Roadhouse, Sossus Dune Lodge and most NWR resorts have ground-floor accessible rooms. Flag mobility needs and we'll filter the route.
Almost universally no — Namibia's wildlife and conservancy rules prevent it. Service animals can sometimes be accommodated; contact us if this applies.
One combined deposit confirms the trip. Balance is due 6–8 weeks before arrival. Lodges are paid via our Windhoek desk — you don't reconcile multiple supplier invoices yourself.
We re-book a like-for-like alternative or upgrade to a higher tier where the price difference is on us. Our supplier relationships mean these incidents are rare and resolved without you noticing.
Yes — pre-booked activities are added to your quote and confirmed alongside the lodges. We coordinate timings so you're not racing between a 04:00 balloon and a 09:00 checkout.
Most lodges welcome children, but a handful of remote-luxury camps (e.g. parts of Wolwedans, Serra Cafema) have a minimum age policy. We flag this when matching lodges to family bookings.
Share your dates, travellers and preferred style — lodges, mixed or camping — and we'll send a combined quote with your 4x4 and route.
