    How it works

From first enquiry to roadside support — one Windhoek team handles your whole trip.

    1. 1

      Share dates, travellers & style

Lodges-only, camping or mixed — and any non-negotiables (Etosha-internal, honeymoon suite, family rooms).

    2. 2

      We propose a combination

We line up NWR, Gondwana and private options that match your route and budget — usually 2–3 lodges per region.

    3. 3

      We hold & confirm

Once you're happy, we hold the rooms, confirm with one combined invoice, and add your 4x4 and activities.

    Why travellers book through us

Locally owned in Windhoek. One booking desk, one invoice, supplier relationships you can lean on.

    Direct supplier access

Live availability and direct rates with NWR, Gondwana, Go Rent 4x4 Namibia and our private-lodge network.

    Locations that fit your route

We won't book you a beautiful lodge 200 km off your route just because it's available — we plan around drive days.

    One combined invoice

Lodges, 4x4, activities and park fees on one quote. No piecing together six emails from six suppliers.

    Flexible re-booking

Weather, fatigue or a flat tyre changes plans — we shift lodges on the fly via WhatsApp.

    Inside or outside the parks?

Inside Etosha (NWR camps Okaukuejo, Halali, Namutoni) you get pre-dawn gate access and floodlit waterholes — unbeatable for serious game viewing. Outside the park, lodges like Etosha Safari Camp or Onguma offer better food and rooms but longer drives to the gates. Inside Sossusvlei, Sesriem and Sossus Dune Lodge get you to Deadvlei before the tourist buses. Most clients mix one night inside, one outside per region.

    NWR, Gondwana or private?

NWR is government-run, often the only option inside the parks — functional rooms, beautiful locations, hit-and-miss food. Gondwana is a private collection of 20+ lodges across Namibia — consistent quality, good restaurants, well-priced. Private lodges (Onduli Ridge, Hoanib Valley Camp, Wolwedans, Mowani Mountain Camp) are the boutique tier — exceptional but priced accordingly. We mix and match per region.
