Check out a sea lion colony in Cape Cross, give sand boarding a shot and perhaps head out on a walk in search of Skeleton Coast’s wildlife. Spot rhinos and lions in Etosha National Park or hippos in Erindi Pricate Game Reserve, clamber about the world famous dunes of Sossusvlei and peer out at the ocean from the Jetty Pier in Swakopmund.     Tour Plan

    Day 1: Arrival Windhoek
    Upon arrival you will be picked up by a Namibia Destinations tour guide, where you will be taken to Windhoek the Capital of Namibia, where you can spend the day getting to know the town. A few attractions to consider are:
    • The Alte Feste
    • Christus Kirche
    • Katutura Town ship, where you can have some of the local cuisine, and see how the local Namibians form the different tribes live.
    At the end of the day we go to the World-Renowned Joe's Beerhouse where you can enjoy a cold beer and some of Namibia’s finest game meat.

    Day 2: Erindi Private Game Reserve
    You start your journey off and leave for Erindi. On your way there you pass Okahandja local craft street market (65km) from Windhoek. Erindi is the most iconic eco-tourism destinations in southern Africa. Here you will be sleeping in the luxury suites for the night. (179km total)

    Day 3: Grootfontein
    From here we leave to Ghaub in the Grootfontein area. You will visit the Hoba meteorite (biggest in the world). There are loads of activities to do at Ghaub like Rhino drives and cave excursions. Here you will sleep over in the Ghaub lodge. (325km total)

    Day 4: Namutoni, Etosha National Park
    After a good night’s rest we leave for the famous Etosha pan. We will do this trip over a period of 3 days starting at Namutoni. On your way there you will pass the Otjikoto lake, the deepest lake in the world as the depth has never been established. Historic buildings in Namutoni and old forts. Spend the night and have a nice dinner in the restaurant and sleep over in the Lodge. (164km total)

    Day 5: Halali, Etosha National Park
    You will leave for Halali, covering all the roads leading there, do some bird watching (if prefer). Take photos. Lots of waterholes to cover and biggest potential to see lions in this district. Spend the evening there in the Bush chalets. (80km total)

    Day 6: Okakuejo, Etosha National Park
    Leave for Okakuejo – West Etosha and cover all the roads leading there. Spend the night there at the waterhole. Wine and dine in the restaurant. Experience true Namibian tranquility.

    Tonight you will sleep in the premier Luxury waterhole suite, this is an absolute magnificent experience as your chalet looks onto the waterhole where all the animals come to drink. (90 km total)

    Day 7: Kamanjab
    We leave Okakuejo and travel to Kamanjab. Here you will stay at the Otjitotongwe cheetah park that is situated on the C40, 24 km from Kamanjab. Cheetah feeding every day Summer at 16h00 and Winter at 15h00. A big swimming pool for everyone to use. A big lapa with a vending machine to buy something to eat or to drink. You can visit the Himba village on the neighboring farm, the rock engravings near Kamanjab or go for a walk on the farm to the snake trees.

    Here you will sleep over in the bungalows for the night. (178km total)

    Day 8: Twyfelfontein, Damaraland
    This morning your journey takes you into the heart of Damaraland, one of Namibia’s most geographically diverse areas, where game roam freely. En route you may visit the Petrified Forest interspersed with Welwitschia Plants, the oldest living desert plant on earth. A visit to the Burnt Mountain and Organ Pipes is rewarding in the late afternoon.

    Twyfelfontein Country Lodge is situated 5km from the historic Twyfelfontein rock engravings. The main building houses the restaurant, lounge, bar and curio shop and a swimming pool.

    Excursions include, scenic flights, nature walks, horse riding and guided safaris. Here you sleep over at top class lodge in luxury.

    Day 9: Brandberg
    We take the road from Kamanjab to Brandberg, here you will stay at the Brandberg White Lady lodge. Here are some nice swimming pools, and Elephants and Giraffes roam freely around this area. You can also go on a self-drive safari. Relax and enjoy some sun downers. (170km total)

    Day 10: Cape Cross
    We travel south through the beautiful Khorixas district to the skeleton coast. Along this road you will experience the amazing sites of mountains and open landscapes. Cape Cross is the ideal stop over on your journey to Henties Bay & Swakopmund long stretch. Here you will sleep over in the luxury lodge. (200 km total)

    Day 11 & 12: Swakopmund
    You will travel further along the Coast to Swakopmund. Relax and take a load off. Here we will spend two nights to take a break from packing and unpacking for a change. For the afternoon there is dune boarding/climbing on the best dunes in Namibia (if preferred) further more spend the day in Swakop town. There are also 4x4 bike rides. Antique shops and loads of sightseeing.

    Here you will stay two nights in absolutely fantastic Strand Hotel viewing over the waterfront and South Atlantic Ocean. (140km total)

    Day 13: Walvis Bay
    Travel to Walvis bay. Situated halfway on your way to Walvis is long beach. Long beach is internationally famous as a Travel destination. In Walvis Bay you will aboard a yacht for oysters and dolphin and seal viewing.

    Have sunset drinks and dinner on the Walvis bay lagoon restaurant, spend the night in a resort viewing over the lagoon. You will spend the night in the Oyster box viewing over the Lagoon. One of the best (30km total)

    Day 14: Spreetshoogte Pass
    We say goodbye to the coast and start to explore the South of Namibia. Tonight we spend the night at Namib Grens at the mountain villas. Here at Namib Grens you can take a self-drive through the wilderness and explore all the life. Other activities include bird watching and mountain hikes. Drink sundowners watching over the mountains.

    Tonight we will sleep in the villas. (268km total)

    Day 15 & 16: Sossusvlei
    Your journey today takes you to the Sossusvlei region. Close by you will find the awe aspiring, monumental, high star-shaped dunes that you can visit the following day. This morning demands an early start. The first rays of sunrise paint the mountains of sand into a variety of apricot, red and orange, contrasted against a crisp blue skyline, enrapturing your senses, and awarding you the opportunity to capture this awesome landscape on film.

    Sossusvlei, where the mostly dry Tsauchab River ends abruptly amongst majestic dunes, sees us walking up one of these dunes to admire the desert landscape. Thereafter visit the Sesriem Canyon, a life sustaining natural phenomenon in the heart of the Namib Desert. Here we will spend 2 nights at the Sossusvlei lodge just majestic tranquility.

    Day 17: Mariental
    From Sesriem we travel to Mariental where we will stay over at the Anib lodge. Here you can view some Arabian horses and chill by the pool. Relax, have some traditional dinner and enjoy the performance of the San people.

    Day 18 & 19: Windhoek
    After a good night’s rest in the Kalahari you will feel refreshed and relaxed. It’s your last day traveling in Namibia and you head back home to Windhoek on your own time. (281km total)

    We can arrange for you for souvenir shopping, some local cuisine and you can go to the Windhoek history museum called the Alte Feste. You can spend a day in town walking through the street.

    The last two nights we will sleep over at the Heinitzburg Hotel's Luxury rooms on top of the mountain on the highest point in Windhoek.
